Situation: PC SUPPORT

A major medical laboratory organization
was having difficulties in finding qualified NT Specialists in the geographic
area that they were located. Although at the time BSA had no available
candidates for them, we decided to furnish them our services. At no extra
cost, BSA included the company's needs into our own advertising to target
candidates in their area. We also did a broadcast fax to all of the colleges
throughout Chicagoland and surrounding areas until we located several candidates
who matched their needs. Due to our extensive searches and customer service,
BSA is now considered one of this company's top PC personnel suppliers.

Situation: HELP DESK SUPPORT

Improving customer service while keeping
within their company costs was a crucial task for one of Chicago’s "Big
Six" accounting firms. They were in need of a fully staffed helpdesk organization.
Our client came to BSA in search of a solution. Through extensive searches
and placements BSA was able to provide 90% of their helpdesk with consultants
who were proficient in a vast spectrum of hardware, software and networking
knowledge. Not only did the client receive the support and consultation
they needed, but they were also able to staff up within a short period
of time.

Situation: NATIONWIDE PC ASSET TRACKING

One of BSA’s clients, a major telecommunication
company, was faced with a nationwide PC inventory project. BSA supplied
them with Asset Coordinators who were ready and willing to go across the
US to fulfill the project’s demands. These consultants were trained for
one week before they successfully went coast to coast conducting PC inventory
for our client. Because of BSA’s thorough and timely response, we continue
to provide them with the most technically advanced consultants available.

A major industrial parts distributor
and catalog corporation was in demand of PC Back-end Support in their PC
Purchasing and Development department. They were in search of detail-oriented
consultants who had strong customer service skills and a great understanding
of PCs. They turned to BSA to provide their need. BSA worked with client
management to analyze their situation to see exactly what the working environment
would be like. We conducted extensive searches of our candidate database
until we found the consultants who matched their requirements. Within days,
these consultants were successfully placed within the company. Today BSA
continues to supply their PC needs.
