The third level of screening eliminates
noncontenders in a thorough electronic background check and reliable drug
screening.

Electronic Background Check - Every
potential employee of BSA passes through a pre-employment screening process
that provides a criminal background check, credit history, and driver's
license record.

Drug Screening - It is BSA's
desire to provide a drug-free, healthful, and safe workplace. To promote
this goal, all candidates are required to have a drug screening done before
starting an assignment.

BSA Employment Packet - Prior
to employment, all candidates must completely fill out a BSA employment
packet that consists of federal and state forms, as well as a BSA employee
agreement. Then, BSA sends a contract letter to the candidates confirming
all aspects of the agreement and outlining potential employment with our
company.
