Tri-Screen

  • Screen Two : THE CANDIDATE
    • The second level of screening eliminates the noncontenders due to interpersonl incompatibility, technical deficiencies, resume inconsistency, or lack of credible reference.

      • Interpersonal Interview - We interview the candidate for interpersonal skills to ensure that the person has the skills necessary to perform at a superior level. 
      • Technical Assessment - We interview each candidate technically by means of a technical questionnaire and face-to-face interview. The questionnaire is designed to measure specific baseline technical skills required in our employees. 
      • Resume and Reference Screen - Every candidate has a mandatory resume verification check to ensure that all the educational and employment information reported by the candidate is accurate. To further determine the individual's qualifications and potential to be productive and successful, a detailed reference check is done of past employers.
