Consultative Approach - At BSA, we use a "consultative approach." This means that we spend the necessary time up front qualifying a customer's wants and needs. 
The second level of screening eliminates the noncontenders due to interpersonal incompatibility, technical deficiencies, resume inconsistency, or lack of credible reference.

Interpersonal Interview - We interview the candidate for interpersonal skills to ensure that the person has the skills necessary to perform at a superior level.

Technical Assessment - We interview each candidate technically by means of a technical questionnaire and face-to-face interview. 

Resume and Reference Screen - Every candidate has a mandatory resume verification check to ensure that all the educational and employment information reported by the candidate is accurate.
The third level of screening eliminates noncontenders in a thorough electronic background check and reliable drug screening.

Electronic Background Check - Every potential employee of BSA passes through a pre-employment screening process that provides a criminal background check, credit history, and driver's license record.

Drug Screening - It is BSA's desire to provide a drug-free, healthful, and safe workplace.
